DELIVERY DELAYS

  • We are open and working hard to process all orders. 

  • However, please be aware that once your order has left us, any delays are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

  • All fresh meat couriering outside of Hamilton ,will need a quote from "one day delivery-couriers". These couriers do not cover all areas and costs can be significant in some cases.

PROCESSING TIMES.(courier and pick ups)

  • All orders received before 4pm  on Monday to Wednesday, will be processed the next day 

  • All orders received after 4pm on Wed, will be processed on Monday the next week.

TRACKING

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email, which will  include a tracking number and link where you'll be able to track your order.

NO FRESH OR FROZEN MEAT to RURAL addresses, (this may take up to 3 days and we can’t risk our product sitting for that length of time), if you do live in a rural area and you place an order for fresh meat, you have to put  METRO delivery to receive your order - otherwise your order will be cancelled and you'll be refunded.
