Kalahari Boerewors (Farmers Sausage) is made from mutton and a blend of spices. Farmers = "Boere" in Afrikaans and Sausage is "Wors". The name comes from the Kalahari region in South Africa, known for its harsh beauty. No soy, mechanically deboned meat or tripe is used in any of our sausages.
