"I am from South Africa, Limpopo Province, Ellisras. I have over 30 years experience in Business. My family and I immigrated to New Zealand in January 2009. I have been married for 39 years to Janet and have 4 beautiful daughters and 5 lovely grand daughters and 1, very busy, very strong grandson. New Zealand is my home now and my family and I are blessed to be here.".
Hendrik knows everything about biltong and South African style, meat cuts and sausages.

I'm a qualllified Butcher of more than 30 years. Working with meat is my passion and quality products is my motto. Great sense of humor and always willing to walk the extra mile for a customer.
The friendly guy is a qualified butcher and is always fun to be around with. He delivers quality meat cuts and is a sausage making pro.
