HOW LONG WILL I WAIT FOR MY ORDER
We can assure you that our team is putting in every effort possible, to ensure a speedy processing of all orders received. Due to high demand, we have reduced meat cuts available ,only to the regular ones - no special cut requests can be accepted at this time. Processing time is currently between 2-4 days. To speed up the process - if you are in Hamilton and can pick up at the store - you'll receive your order sooner. Make sure to choose the pick up option upon checkout
RURAL DELIVERIES: FRESH & FROZEN MEAT
We DO NOT deliver FRESH OR FROZEN MEAT to RURAL addresses (sorry but this may take up to 3 days and we can’t risk our product sitting for that length of time), if you do live in a rural area and you place an order for fresh meat, you have to put an urban delivery to receive your order - otherwise your order will be cancelled and you'll be refunded.
